Rooted Table never disappoints. I had the Fiesta Bowl today and it was so fresh and flavorful — organic rice and quinoa, pinto beans, roasted veggies, microgreens, with a chimichurri dressing. Everything was perfectly balanced and didn’t feel heavy. The space itself is really beautiful and inviting, and the owners are incredibly welcoming — they actually remember their regulars’ names, which says a lot. Still my favorite vegan stop - wish the owners would send people our way in return though - it’s a place I would have started had I been 10 years younger! Delicious and healthy for us.
