I went to Runza today to order a chili/cinnamon roll meal and they didn’t even think to put the lid to my chili on correctly I literally lost my chili in the bag so I decided to contact the store to see if I can get another or at LEAST a refund just for them to not pick up. I called 4-5x and nobody answered.

Today 1-26-26 me mom and sister went inside got my mom and sister meal screw up ordered kids cheese burger gave my mom runza my sister wanted lettuce tomato and pickles only got pickles had to remake it never never again to this location
When I want a change from burgers and fries or TexMex I go to Runza. The fries are amazing, the perfect mix of crisp outside and chewy inside with just the right balance of flavor. The sandwich is satisfying and filling with a perfect blend of texture and flavors. I recommend trying Runza if you haven't eaten there before. It's a delicious break from the usual.
We got the temperature Tuesday deal: 2 runzas,2 fries,2 drinks. The runzas were not fresh which is surprising. The filling inside tasted old and the outside of the breading tasted stale. The service was great and the staff very friendly.

What happened to the fish sandwich? I used to look forward to it every year and now I won't ever order one again. It's reminiscent of the fish sandwich they used to serve at my elementary school. If you can't do it right you shouldn't do it at all.
