What happened to the fish sandwich? I used to look forward to it every year and now I won't ever order one again. It's reminiscent of the fish sandwich they used to serve at my elementary school. If you can't do it right you shouldn't do it at all.

What is the point of having a dedicated spot for mobile ahead orders if you don't use it. I end up standing there waiting for you to bring my order out to the dedicated spot which is the custom at every other restaurant just to find out out is getting cold being the counter. Either use the dedicated spot or get rid of it.
I gave four stars for each of the categories: food, service, atmosphere. But three stars because of the price. Got a plain Jane #1 Runza combo with medium drink and fries and ended up spending $12. Looks like I'll only be visiting the store in the month of January on temperature Tuesday when combos cost around $7. Or maybe never again since there are more affordable options nearby.

I ordered 2 dozen party runzas days ago to be picked up at 2pm today. Doors were already even though Cassie informed me open till 3. Went through drive-thru to get the order all 24 smashed into bags not even boxed. I called the manger a few min ago said the are all smashed and look like crap. He said no apology or anything. I said Merry Christmas and hung up. Can serve about half that are presentable. Cost was $80.

I am gluten intolerant so I ordered a burger without bun. I usually don't make any other alterations because its likely my order will be wrong. This time I'm craving something specific so i ordered w/o bun, extra ketchup, extra onions light mustard, and no pickles. I usually don't receive a fork either. But not only did I receive a fork AND knife but my order was 100% correct! I don't think thats happened anywhere else, EVER! Plus, worker was super patient, friendly, and thoughtful to say the least. Best service I've received in while, if not ever. The food was delicious too.
