What happened to the fish sandwich? I used to look forward to it every year and now I won't ever order one again. It's reminiscent of the fish sandwich they used to serve at my elementary school. If you can't do it right you shouldn't do it at all.

What is the point of having a dedicated spot for mobile ahead orders if you don't use it. I end up standing there waiting for you to bring my order out to the dedicated spot which is the custom at every other restaurant just to find out out is getting cold being the counter. Either use the dedicated spot or get rid of it.

I gave four stars for each of the categories: food, service, atmosphere. But three stars because of the price. Got a plain Jane #1 Runza combo with medium drink and fries and ended up spending $12. Looks like I'll only be visiting the store in the month of January on temperature Tuesday when combos cost around $7. Or maybe never again since there are more affordable options nearby.
