Staff was adequately Nice. I got a Swiss mushroom runza. The wrap was soaked and grease never seen one come out like that before. There was also what looked like a little small spot of mold on the inside of the wrapper. Half the onion rings were burnt the other half were undercooked. So I was a bit underwhelmed with this location. Also I noted when I got home that I got the receipt for the person who was in front of me as well as my receipt. Rather strange.
Want a Runza, they had none. A 20 minute wait for one. They suggested a cheese burger so I went with that. A little disappointed. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for that. Bad preparation. Didn't even get my sandwich for free or at least a free brownie for not having there flagship sandwich. Different times now a days I guess. I like Runza but may try a different location.
The food is really good but they always "forget" the ranch or only give me one. I always ask for as many as they can give me because I order 3 meals for my family. At least put 3 in there. Hubby went today 7/21 no ranch again.
