I visited runs on a day when they were running a special promotion and they were very busy. I went through the drive-thru and I was amazed at how quickly the line was working. Their food was fresh as usual. It appears to almost be made to order which is unusual for a fast food restaurant. The staff was great and the place was very clean
I love their salads, but their app and customer service could use a few tweaks. Why don't you folks offer the option to pick up my app order at the drive-thru? I don't like having to walk through the drive-thru line of cars to enter the restaurant, and I don't like that my food is sitting unattended at the counter for anyone to mess with or take. I went through drive-thru, asked nicely if I could get my app order there, and was shot down by the chick working...
Wow. Failure yet again. Both ketchup dispensers were empty, employees in the kitchen were practically yelling vulgarities, cursing and burpingextremelyloudly, and Runza sandwich was smashed and broken.I bet the founder is SUPER proud that his legacy is being dragged through the mud.I won't be back to this location again. Drive-thru orders are almost always wrong, and the inside is getting worse every time.
