The dining area was very dirty. No attempt at all to clean the tables and floors. My tennis shoes made noise walking across the sticky floor. Service left a lot to be desired. This was our first and last time trying Runza. Most of our food ended up in the garbage. Very disappointed.
Went to one place ran out of Runzas at 8 pm. They could not guarantee my order in 25 minutes because they needed to find some. WOW, if they find some??? We'll went down town and find another and they were closing soon but no problem filling my order , young lady was very nice so we got to eat them. I'm not sure if I would go to the one which ran out of food, though. The food was OK, nothing to write home to Virgina about.
I recently went to Runza this evening after a long day at work. All day I dreamt of my 4 piece chicken strip combo covered with the most delicious ranch dressing. I imagined me dipping each and every single fry into that beautiful sauce. Makes me blush at the thought of it. Getting home I carefully unloaded my bag, taking the time to carefully lay out my meal. As I got to the end of the bag I noticed that my guardian angel, sweetie pie, cup of ranch was missing! I nearly cried...
