We came an hour before closing and they turned on Christmas music (it's July) and had half the dining room closed off for cleaning. They were friendly but I felt they wanted us to leave. I would have ordered ice cream there after I finished my food but we went somewhere else instead.
I came through the drive thru on my break and my order was prepared incorrectly. I called and spoke with Isaiah & he was very polite and said I could come the next day to have it replaced. I went through the drive thru the next day and as soon as I said my name, the cashier knew the situation and they replaced my entire meal with great attitudes. Excellent food and excellent service! We'll be back.
Not one for reviews, but I just wanted to say thank you to whoever handed us our food in the drive through! We have seen you many times before and you are never shy to have a quick conversation. You are very kind to wait with us by the window while our food was being made and have a quick chat. Hope life takes you far and you see this message. You made 2 people very happy with your service and we will be sure to make this our favorite Runza in Omaha!
