I visit this store a lot but my latest order was an absolutely terrible failure. I actually had 4 different problems with my order and the worst of it was a bug in my sandwich. Ordered a Deluxe original with no lettuce & tomato and they slopped so much of both on my sandwich. Both were wilted and had a rotten smell and ruined the entire order. On top of that failure, both of the sandwiches were supposed to be double meat but were not double meat at all and they also failed...

Great lunch spot for a hot sandwich. The original is a classic and tastes amazing. Service was fast and friendly. Busy so atmosphere was a bit hectic. Highly reccomend a stop. I just wish there were more locations closer to where I live.

The food is always good but the staff always has an attitude problem. They seem genuinely inconvenienced by me ordering. The food is good so I’ll go back, I just wish the staff wasn’t so rude.
