I usually stop by when I work the morning shift for a quick coffee, this is usually between 6:45am- 6:50am. The past 3 times they’ve forgotten to give me whipped cream even though when ask me “did you still want the whip cream” I always say yes please but end up giving the order back bc they some how forget. Today they did not. The problem however is the cake bite I received and will not eat at this location again. When I went to take a bite it smelled earthy like dirt....
Consistent waits now. Used to be a 2 maybe 3 minute wait with orders (ordering ahead/ordering in drive thru) now you're lucky to get out of there in 15mins and that's with you and maybe one other car. Two times now the girl says oh pull ahead we got you. Get up to the window and she has no idea of the order or can't find it. Place needs some organization, urgency, and consistency
They have great coffe but the service was not very good. I had order a cookie and the punkin muffin they charged me for tge cookie then told me at the window that they where all out and same with the muffin.
