First and last time going to this location. I went to the location on 72nd and asked for a strawberry banana smoothie. I was told they didn’t have any bananas but they could make me a strawberry smoothie. I politely said no thanks and moved on. I got to this location and asked for a strawberry banana smoothie she gave me a strawberries smoothie. I would have rather her tell me they didn’t have any bananas instead of giving me what she wanted me to have.

. I wanted to share my recent experience at your shop, which was quite disappointing.
This morning, I ordered a blind coffee for my daughter, but she received it hot instead. When I pointed this out, the staff insisted I pay for it, stating, “I don’t have my headset.” I found this response quite baffling, and after some discussion, the staff finally agreed to replace the coffee at no charge.
Additionally, I ordered a maple waffle with egg and cheese, specifically requesting no meat due to dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, this order was also incorrect. Due to time constraints, I couldn’t address this mistake on the spot and had to return the order instead.
Later, when I spoke with the manager to express my frustration, I felt that there was a lack of accountability for the errors and an overall defensive attitude rather than an effort to resolve the issue.
I’m not one to complain lightly, but I believe it’s important for businesses to treat their customers with respect and take responsibility for their mistakes. My experience this morning not only wasted my time but also left me feeling undervalued as a customer.
I hope you take this feedback into consideration to improve service in the future.

I don’t know why I go to this location, it’s always so hit or miss. I ordered an iced pumpkin chai and it was terrible. There was such a crazy amount of flavoring in it that I could barely drink it. Not only that, but the girl who was working the window had poor communication skills- just handed me the drink and got my payment. No hello, no reiterating total, no “have a good day” (until I said something). I wouldn’t say they were even busy, maybe just steady. Definitely could have been better.

The girls working the morning shift just could not get a matcha latte right and when I said that the drink seemed too diluted and I could barely test the matcha, they simply add more syrup and the remake, cold and too sweet. When I ask for half the flavor as usual. Realizing that they are taking their job seriously I decided to go to another location and give them back the drink and they did not refund me. Instead they were giggling around.

I forgot my card and the staff was so kind! I gave them as much cash that I had on me as a tip. They were so sweet and thoughtful.

It took 10 minutes to receive 3 log blended caremelicious while waiting hear a whole conversation between employees b4 we ordered lady was rude and rushed us to order but yet took 10 minutes and there was a terrible smell coming from the building which made me light headed smfh and I'm a scooters junkie

Pretty lady at gave me a large matcha (at no extra charge) when I ordered a small! ? it was my first time here and I think I will come back.
They didn’t have anything in the menu. And when we got out food out borritos were half cooked and half frozen. And they gave us the wrong ?

It's unfortunate go to this location all the time butit seems like the workers have an attitude when you pull up. A couple girls were taking trash out and one was shaking her head like it was a problem that I'm trying to order something so I went to another location I truly think the owners should check into this or not worry about the helpers driving money away.
This location somehow manages to get my order incorrect every single time I visit. Won’t be returning to this location unfortunately.

It’s beyond frustrating we have had quite a few issues where we have called on them for several months where we are told “we’ll send you a gift card in the mail” and have gotten nothing. That is NOT okay. We are regulars. I’ve tried to go to the online portion of reporting with no response back so maybe leaving a bad review will reach out to someone to help. Now don’t get me wrong, we let LOTS go but when we are missing things we pay for (extra shot), muffin being soggy, and then their blended coffees not being blinded completely so you have ice chunks, there are some issues… We are regulars as we go at the very least twice a day. Clearly we aren’t valued so maybe Dunkin or Starbucks deserves our patronage instead?

One of the workers left to give a dog treat to a parked car and didn't return for 5 minutes or so while there was a line of 7 cars. Then they gave me the wrong coffee and forgot the hot sauce for my burrito.
Very random as far as quality of service and consistency of the drinks go at the 120th Fort location. Sometimes good Sometimes bad. I would say if you don't see more than one car in the employee parking lot and there is a line in the drive through you are probably better off just going to a different location which isn't a big deal becuase they are everywhere.

There's a lady that seems like she's there every day with dark hair and glasses and she just had some party for you search up a cup of breakfast cheer and doesn't seem to judge how much espresso you add.
