Usually is on point but i just got a blended coffee that tasted sour, and left a bad taste. I want to say the milk was bad and no one noticed or they didnt care. I feel robbed of almost 15dollars for two coffees. Going to other scooters , not going to risk it. Keep the milk cold!!!! 🤦🏻♂️

I had a bad experience the 1st time, gave it another chance, still bad service, got my order wrong multiple times. And $8 for 2 espresso shots is diabolical

It would have been a lot better, but the girl behind the counter made sure to remind me to tip.
She made it and slid it to me. Why a tip? No nice conversation, no sweet attitude, no above and beyond.
She got 10%, and she definitely didn't earn it.

I come in often, more or less than 3 times a month. Every single time I have gone in the staff gives great service and works fast and efficiently. I couldn't say enough great things about the staff, the Manager (DeZyre) does a very nice job of providing a great atmosphere that feels welcoming. The decorations outside are so festive! She did amazing! I will also have to say the way Justin makes my drink is too notch.
Passing through and picked up a "coffee" if that was what they call it. Took one drink, and it tasted like rancid hotdog water. I was late for a conference otherwise I would gone back to complain. Either way, I reported it to the main office, and they got back to me asking for further details. I sent them the receipt showing which location it was per their request. Long story short, nothing has been reported back to me. I would pass this one up and find another Scooters that has employees who know how to make the what you order.
