I had a bad experience the 1st time, gave it another chance, still bad service, got my order wrong multiple times. And $8 for 2 espresso shots is diabolical

It would have been a lot better, but the girl behind the counter made sure to remind me to tip.
She made it and slid it to me. Why a tip? No nice conversation, no sweet attitude, no above and beyond.
She got 10%, and she definitely didn't earn it.

I come in often, more or less than 3 times a month. Every single time I have gone in the staff gives great service and works fast and efficiently. I couldn't say enough great things about the staff, the Manager (DeZyre) does a very nice job of providing a great atmosphere that feels welcoming. The decorations outside are so festive! She did amazing! I will also have to say the way Justin makes my drink is too notch.

Passing through and picked up a "coffee" if that was what they call it. Took one drink, and it tasted like rancid hotdog water. I was late for a conference otherwise I would gone back to complain. Either way, I reported it to the main office, and they got back to me asking for further details. I sent them the receipt showing which location it was per their request. Long story short, nothing has been reported back to me. I would pass this one up and find another Scooters that has employees who know how to make the what you order.

A little slow, and although we were the only ones in the store they didn't call out orders loudly (or at all) so we just had to watch the counter to see when our drinks were ready (there were 8 in our party).
Wheelchair accessibility: + Wheelchair ramp & low-threshold entry- outdoor tables and chairs positioned between the ramp and the door had to be moved to get by
