Wow food here looks great on other customer's tables as we in line. The Farm and a Rueben is our delicious choice for lunch today. Excellent experience overall and a bit different ordering situation which really works. We like a lot.

Best brisket in town. The guy is a bit weird and joint itself is very no-frills but his meat can't be beat. Perfect bark and meat so tender you'd think it was butter the way it melts in your mouth. The bourbon sauce is a perfect compliment but it's so good and juicy you could eat it as is without issue. I bring so many friends there and they're all blown away every time!

Love it! Get there early or you'll stand in line and not have a place to sit. Excellent brisket. Use butcher paper on metal trays along with plastic-ware and paper towels mixed with some of the best BBQ, especially the brisket, and you have SinkingSmokin' Barrel BBQ. So, atmosphere a bit rustic but right in line with some excellent food dished out with charming chats and smiles.

Incredible BBQ without breaking your wallet. I've tried the ribs (FABULOUS!), the sausage (delicious and unique!), and a sample of brisket (outstanding!). The side dishes are solid, the ambiance is chill and the owner/server at the counter was as good as they get. When I told him I needed gluten-free he immediately changed his gloves and asked if I had Celiac. He told me he takes that, um, let's say 'stuff' SERIOUSLY and proceeded to tell me what they serve that's gluten-free (just about everything except the bread) and that they are real careful about handling the food. Just outstanding... We'll definitely be back and recommend it to all.Dietary restrictions: Celiac friendly with great caution and respect shown.

This place is a hidden jem. Had a brisket sandwich with great tasting potato salad and was almost more than i can eat! The brisket was excellent!! Cant wait to go back again,and try their baked beans and pulled pork. Try this place ,you wont regret it.

Flew in from Atlanta and we are so glad we found this place! The BBQ is delicious! We got the pork belly burnt ends and pulled pork. We also loved the bourbon sauce. Yum! The people are super friendly! Definitely will be back if ever in town again.
