My husband and I met up with my daughter and her boyfriend for a snack at 3:30pm on a Saturday. Barely greeted by the one gal we saw working. Waited while she finished a different order. Placed an order and told she just made the last of the bowls for the day. Hard to believe! No apology or explanation. Ordered smoothies which were fine. Called an hour later and told yes we could order bowls. Hmmm…

This store is super personable and I wouldn’t go to any other location. I typicallly order a smoothie every other two days and sometimes they even run it out to me when I have my kids orders in too! I use the app and they are super quick ! Love getting my smoothies from this team and staff! Continue to do a great job! The management is the upmost customer service driven! Thank you!

Not entirely sure what happened... I got her the Immune health mixed berry smoothie with vanilla protein powder because she has a baby in the NICU and can't eat in the room with him, so I brought her something healthy to drink to maybe boost her milk production.
I got the apple kiwi kale smoothie. No modifications.
We both had the same bathroom emergencies. Correlation does not equal causation, however....
