My wife and son went out after basketball practice today to get us all smoothies. She spent over $50 on four smoothies yet the customer service was trash, and they had an absolutely terrible experience. No one said anything when they walked in, but one of the employees made sure to roll his eyes at them because he had to get off his phone and take their order. Then she was told she couldn't use any coupons because they "didn't know how they worked". She asked more questions to try and get them to scan the coupons and they told her she'd have to "come back another day so someone else could do it." Two of our smoothies were supposed to include enhancers (we paid for 3 enhancers in each), but no enhancers were added to either - $6 for absolutely nothing. And to top it all off, both of our kids' smoothies were completely inedible and ended up in the trash. We regularly spend hundreds of dollars a month on smoothies at Smoothie King but will now be taking our business elsewhere. Beyond disappointed.

Came here to get a protein shake. The two young men working were absolutely unprofessional. One with his pants pulled down under his butt and boxers showing while also wearing a hood on his head. The other with his hair all in his face and barely whispering to answer questions and take my order. As the boy who took my order made my shake there were several flies everywhere and he never put on gloves, just rinsed his hands as he rinsed the container to make my shake. Even my 14 year daughter commented on their attire and manners. That's crazy. Place was dirty and service was slow. I didn't drink the shake. But my teeneager who will eat anything snagged it and still lives...so plus for them on not poisoning people in their filthy establishment.

This was my first time at this location and the employee who took my order was so helpful!! She was very patient with my daughter who has special needs. I am very please with how she handed the speech barrier. The smoothies she recommended were delicious as well 3/16 @ 1:15

Very disappointed in this location, ignored when I entered. Stood there looked around, the place was a mess, I left, grossed me out. The girl behind the counter couldn’t even explain $1 off Fridays, it was too confusing, though advising on door? 5/16/23 @ 3:30 PM

Over two weeks ago I had placed an app order for pick up at this location at 10:25 AM on a Sunday and when I arrived the store wasn’t even open yet. All lights off, no employees there during normal business hours. I’ve called the store, but apparently none of the employees know how to issue a refund and the managers phone just rings to a voicemail is completely full. Not sure what the heck is going on with this location, but it seems to be going down hill big time, clearly no one there cares.

Great selection of smoothes for sure. With that the menu is compact to read. Not a big deal just thinking there may be too much on there. No Acai Berries which limits a few things. Got there around noon and the floor looked pretty trashed. I know that doesn't bother many people but it can be an indicator in how the business is managed. No paper towels in the bathroom. I will go again, because the food was actually really good. I was not expecting it very fresh flavorful, and most of all filling. A littlecleanup in the store along the way, including the Entrance. Not accepting cash at moment based on the note on the door.This location is a bit limited on parking.

I got a smoothie bowl and it wasn’t even half full, it was messy, and I had to ask for fruit it was supposed to have to be added. Not worth $10 at all.

The manager on 132nd is rude and because of him I will not be going there any more. His customer service is the worst I have ever experience. The juices are great and the other employees are amazing.. however the manager he’s horrendous.

I used to order here all the time even left a good review. I tried ordering through the app one time like 7 times and it kept saying cant process but then my bank showed -54 dollars from it. I emailed corporate, and called the store and I left my name and number for the manager to call me, but he never did. Corporate got back to me like 2 weeks later after the charges were fixed. The app slowly automatically refunded each charge within a span of a week. It's the fact that I wasn't even called to even be told like hey I apologize that happend and to give it a couple business days and it should sort its self out. Im not going back to this location.
