“they were at the late night at the zoo and barely an hour into the event they started crossing off items on the menu due to not being prepared for the size of crowd. The guy at the window seemed like he could careless to be there. I also understand that its a larger event but having to wait 20+ mins for simple loaded fries is ridiculous. After 25 mins i ended up getting a refund. Im not usually one to leave bad reviews, but felt this one was needed.“

“Came in last night for a birthday dinner. Owners apologized multiple times saying they were short staffed but you wouldn’t have known it. The food came out quick especially for the fact that there were 8 of us, everything was delicious and we were checked on many times to make sure we were happy with everything even while they were working so many to go orders. The birthday boy was in heaven over the food. We will be back!“

“Ate at Shugs Comfort Food in Bellevue, NE for supper. Simply outstanding! The fried chicken was delicious, the mashed potatoes and gravy, fried okra, and coleslaw were divine, and the cornbread was to die for. The service was awesome. Highly recommend! I’ll be going back for seconds and thirds and fourths….“
