Every single time I go to this Starbucks my drink is made better than anywhere I have ever gone. And I usually go daily. I get the brown sugar shaken espresso and they kill it every time. Best drink ever made.

I went this morning 9/17 to get my regular , completely bad customer service from both parties I believe the person who helped me name was Brandon spend $22 all to realize my drink was made completely wrong. I order the venti iced chai latte with oat milk and sweet cold foam they added the pumpkin spice which I never asked for and put in regular milk but didn’t even care to make the order right then I called to let them know and instead of being helpful he was like well I didn’t even charge you for it that’s besides the point I go to Starbucks everyday and am really bummed because I just moved and that is my neighborhood starbucks I’ll just make the drive and start going to the one by my job.

Justina was not very Friendly, and not helpful, when a client was asking for a drink and they didn't have it she was not helpful when it came to offering substitutions or others Similar drink, Was just Staring at the client I had to step in and help the client out.. She really needs more training On customer service.

Worst Starbucks' manager I have met in Nebraska . I have been coming to this location for more than one year on a weekly basis and I just dread the idea of having to talk to their manager. Rude, dismissive, and extremely stingy. Prices seem to always be more expensive but their quality is worse than other locations. I was relieved to see more complaints about her because it is really an outstanding issue with that location.

The manager took my order and was kind of rude. Got charged $7.50 for a refresher with extra base??? Normally I pay 6.45 so I’m not sure what that was about but I was just stopping in before work so didn’t have time to talk about it. Drink was disappointing. Didn’t have extra base in it. $7.50 for a watered down drink.

Wow a penny? So I came in got coffee and I was 1 penny short out of a 20 for exact change on a 15 dollar order.,and the chick working gave me back exact change..I will never get coffee here again ..they lost it over a a penny...when she had like 20 in change sitting on the counter...hope that penny made your rent ..

Anna the Manager is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER EVER!! I will NEVER go to this Starbuck's AGAIN! Noone should throw things because you ask for whip cream, Noone should yell at employee's in front of customer's and the way she role's her eyes just is horrible. Anna needs a different job she obviously doesnt like her job.I went home and started to tell my daughter about my exp. And she said oh let me guess the manager was working? Are u kidding me!!! That is wrong Anna needs to treat people with respect!

Last time I ordered from here the manager Anna took my order and She has the worst public service skills. She made my frappuccino and just decided to put almond milk in without my request and when I asked her about it she made me feel like I was in the wrong. I've been ordering from starbucks for years and I know how my drink is made. I won't come back to this starbucks until Anna is long gone.
