we love the food. however, tonight we were a bit disappointed when they would not honor or Pinpoint rewards for a free app and also didnt even give us points for our meal. The sign on front door says wings are no longer "on Special ", but doesn't explain anything about Pinpoint. plus, we should've at least got point credits.
Fun trivia. Very nice staff. Good fries. Burger fresh and good toppings but meat was blah. Seems like flattening it out a bit and seasoning the meat more would make for a winner.
I love everything about this location! The food is fantastic and the staff is absolutely amazing! We frequently go there on weeknights and weekends and both are busy but still easy to get a table. We have also had delivery from here and takeout. I recommend 100000%

Based on six reviews, Varsity Sports Cafe & Roman Coin Pizza in Ralston is a restaurant where the Thai pizza and Italian nachos are delicious per usual. The Cheeseburger and fries always satisfy, and the XXL Chicago Delight pizza is the best in town, with both hand tossed thin crust and thick crust options. The Portobello mushroom appetizer is very good. The cheese, bread and marinara sauce are the best, and the patty melt is the best ever had, with onion rings that are completely over the top. The buffalo chicken pizza is so good. The hand-tossed dough is very good. The BLT with onion rings and ranch are also very good. The staff is always outstanding. The service can be excellent, but sometimes the waitress forgets about customers. The tables in the restaurant are really close together. There is a section with games and a pool table. It is always a lovely experience at the 96th and Q.
