Service was terrible. Practically threw the food at me with no offer to heat it up. It was really odd. Not sure why, but they clearly did not want me there.

It's super expensive and the made food and coffee is just awful. The coffee says Starbucks but was just hot water. The breakfast sandwich was tiny and blah. The banana was good though!

Overall a nice hotel. We were a bit dismayed that we found little short black hairs all over the shower and a long black hair on the floor of the bathroom. Otherwise our room seemed to be reasonably clean. The hotel itself was recently renovated, so everything still looks very nice. The bar encompasses most of the lobby area. You can also order food which was mediocre for what the price was. Especially breakfast which was almost $50 for two people. The staff we encountered were all pleasant and very helpful. The only other negative was our second night there was a group somewhere near our room partying, playing music very loud and people laughing and talking loudly. It kept us awake, I wouldn't think a hotel like this would allow that. We chose this hotel because it was right across the street from the arena where we had tickets to see Jeff Dunham. Would we stay at the Omaha Hilton again? Probably not, rooms are too expensive as is the food and the cocktails. I don't think you get the best bang for your buck here.
What a great location right next to the CHI Health arena and old market for great dining. It is also really conveniently situated to the airport. They do offer airport shuttle which was nice. It was a longer drive to get to any of the shopping malls. Staff was generally friendly. Make sure to request any housekeeping as they only complete this upon request.
Hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly. The location is excellent and convenient. The only thing I would say from booking off of TripAdvisor is to account for parking which is higher than a lot of similar places in the area, but IS super convenient as well. Just a bit of a surprise and not really the hotel's fault as their website lays that out in the fine print.
Avg size rooms, but nice. And clean. Huge indoor pool, hot tub and work out room. Parking expensive but easy and plentiful. Right across from the arena and baseball stadium. Walking distance to old Town and Leahy mall. Restaurants and bars on sight, AND Starbucks. Though service was slow there. A little store on sight too.

Great hotel connected to the conference center. Room was great with very cold AC. In room coffee was actually good. Rooms recently remodeled. Make sure you close your door shut, my door would not close on its own. Great commutation from the staff. Bar is very nice, a bit pricey. Tons of equipment in the gym including a peloton, women’s only dry sauna - preheat before you use. But no water in the gym. Pool and hot tub clean. I was granted a late checkout to noon.
What an elegant and a beautiful hotel, room was very clean and quiet. The front desk agents Stacy was very professional and friendly, making me feel so welcome. Shuttle service was absolutely AMAZING...!!! Highly recommend anyone planning a stay in Omaha for business or pleasure, because I know I will again.
Attending a conference with meetings both in the Hilton and in the adjacent (connected by skybridge) convention center, it was handy to have a hotel room in the same place. Strangely, access to the skybridge was convoluted - you go to floor 2 by elevator (or escalator), then take another series of escalators up to the level of the skybridge. The hotel seems to be very well insulated for sound - my room was very close to the highway but with the continuous fan going, I was not disturbed by traffic sounds.
5 star service from everyone we spoke with at the Hilton Omaha. Raven at the front desk was amazing! She spent extra time with me to ensure we could extend our stay and get the best rate possible. José was so personable/funny. Everyone offered great tips on restaurants, sights, etc.... We will definitely be back! ??
I had a corner suite booked with the Omaha Downtown Hilton. I booked it over a month ago for my daughter's basketball tournament located in the CHI center attached to the Hilton. Today, I called booking to see if I could add an extra day to the booking. The woman told me that the extra day wasn't available, but said "let me see what I could do", then proceeded to cancel my booking then told me that the room I had was no longer available and there were not any rooms available. When i told her I did not want my reservation cancelled and wanted my reservation back, she hung up on me. I called back and talked to a man who also told me there was nothing he could do, because all the rooms were gone. He connected me to the front desk and a woman there told me she had no idea why the booking was cancelled but there were no rooms and there was nothing she could do. So, even though I booked my room a month in adavance, it was gone and no one could help me. I no longer have a room and have to find a new place to stay, farther from the tournament, when all I wanted to do was add an extra day to my reservation. It seems preposterous that I could be treated this way and just be told "there is nothing we can do" from everyone I spoke to. I guess my only recourse is to find as many places to leave negative reviews, realizing no one will probably do anything for me, but I thought I would try.
