I guess maybe I just have bad luck or I just don't need to buy coffee from Starbucks ever again. I'm 47, tired of the same bs. I ordered 2 Venti mochas. Got home 10 minutes away and it tastes like water. What a waste of 15 dollars and dollar tip. Done with you Starbucks. I will make coffee at home. Guess you guys don't like money.

ā Shoutout to David at Starbucks! ā
I witnessed a beautiful act of kindness today. A homeless man asked for help, and I offered to buy him coffee and food. Davidāeither the cashier or managerārang it up, then quietly discounted the order. He told me, āYou shouldnāt feel like you have to buy.ā His compassion and grace were unforgettable. Starbucks is lucky to have him

Two for two bad service two days in a row.
First round with only a few customers, it took 25 minutes to get drip coffee.
Second round they refused to rinse my Starbucks branded Starbucks purchased Starbucks mug.
Location in council bluffs by target makes no fuss and they're fast every time 4 days in a row

10 minutes to get my coffee order.
the workers need to divide their attention between drive through and counter customers.
Training needed here.

I walked into the Starbucks on 72nd Street today with my service dog to grab a quick Ollipop because Iām diabetic and my glucose was extremely low. Instead of being treated with common decency, I was met with outright rudeness. The attendant at the register had the audacity to tell me to leave because of my dog.
This wasnāt just ignoranceāit was arrogance. Service animals are protected by law, and for a staff member to not only question that, but to treat me like an inconvenience, is absolutely unacceptable. I left feeling embarrassed, angry, and deeply disappointed.
Starbucks claims to be inclusive and accommodating, but experiences like this say otherwise. Staff need immediate retraining on ADA compliance and how to interact respectfully with people who rely on service animals. Until then, I will not be returning to this locationāand Iāll be sharing this experience far and wide.

I ordered a bunch of drink from the Starbucks and I was given my drink and she didnāt put the lid on my drink so it spilled all over my car. I asked for napkins she gave me two napkins I had to keep asking for napkins she just kept giving me two napkins. She couldnāt give me five napkins to clean up the mess in my car because she didnāt put the lid on. She didnāt even ask. Did I need help she didnāt she just looked at me like sheās a deer in headlights.
