Usually I like this Starbucks but then some days you pay $7 to have to fill the rest of your coffee with your own oat milk bc they give it to you like this.

This place always seems to have some kind of problem. Today it was a sign on the door that they had “plumbing issues”. Most of the time when I go they get my order wrong. Let me explain: I drink black coffee 99% of the time. The last time it was the wrong pastry, with the wrong name, and despite it being rebagged they also didn’t heat it up. This place just doesn’t have it together. La Vista Starbucks? L-Street Marketplace Starbucks? They nail it every time. This place seems to exist to prove that Starbucks can suck, and it does. I hate that it’s so close to a lot of places I go. I guess I’m going to start going further up the street to the location nearer to Dodge St.

Ordered an iced coffee with cream and the drink was basically the color white (No big deal. I just asked them to remake it.) When they came back with my remade drink, it was filled to the brim with ice. If I wanted bad service I'd go to Dunkin. When I Asked for a third time for a drink that matched my order, The barista inside felt the need to give me a death stare for a solid couple seconds.
I should know that the only reason I went to this Starbucks is because I accidentally mobile ordered to the wrong one. I would avoid if possible. the one on 72nd and poppleton is way better.

I have no problem with the store or its, cleanliness. It's just the employees I was told today I can't come through the drive-through unless I'm wearing a shirt they have previously told me they can't remake my drinks, even though I ordered the same thing every day and spend hundreds of dollars a week at this establishment itself I and am I wrong to ask for my drink to be remade?? all I wanted was for them to do their job and make my drink correct. Ever sense then all the employees have been rude to me for no reason now telling me unless I wear a shirt through the drive-through that I'm not allowed to come in this store anymore now I'm being told what I have to wear to go through the drive thru I get discriminated against enough already I find it absolutely ridiculous that they're making up reasons that I can't get my coffee from a certain Starbucks. No Starbucks has ever said anything to me like this and I go every day.

Sometimes starbucks can be pretty overwhelming because of how busy its is but this location never fails to impress! Everytime I go here regardless of how busy it is or not the staff does a great job making the drinks at a fast pace yet they always still taste great. Whoever is in charge of shipments does a great job because the drinks from this particular location are always tasting fresh same with the food. The staff is always very polite as well. i’m so glad i come here because the experience is always amazing. thxx! -Gia ??

Came in for a morning coffee trip. I didn’t know what I wanted right away. My big thing is customer service. When I walked in I was not greeted by ONE EMPLOYEE. Whatever. I sit down trying to figure out my order. Next group comes in. “HI WELCOME IN”, I instantly walked out. This location will not be getting my service again.

I usually have very good experiences at this location and this morning, I had a great one! My partner and I ordered two different sandwiches which takes a bit of extra time. Arthur was absolutely delightful and stayed in the window to chat with us. He recommended hiking locations and made sure we had a good experience! He is so deserving of some extra recognition for his positive attitude and kind demeanor. Thank you!
Vegetarian options: Most everything can be modified to be vegetarian and they have impossible sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches
