I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I think the employees nametag read Jose? or something along that line. He was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. He had a bad attitude, was dismissive when I asked a simple question about my order, and made me feel completely unwelcome. On top of that, my drink was terrible, it tasted nothing like what I ordered and was made with no care at all. I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this location really needs to work on customer service and training. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Iv been ordering here for a month or 2 and only 2 times has my order been accurate or didn’t taste super watered down to no coffee flavor. The staff if great but when your paying 7$ for a coffee and I go every weeknd it would be nice if 1. It was made right for once or 2. Didn’t taste like I’m drinking a watery flavored coffee.

They don’t make the drinks right and don’t take accountability when being asked I ordered two drinks on the app I only got one and when asked they said it only said there was only one till I showed my receipt the employee say she forgot and today I go she had a horrible attitude and both drinks were made bad I should have gone back but with that attitude no thanks🙁like I’ve never had a shaken espresso look like this

About customer service the Mex boy was taking the orders been rude during I ask for cap of ice the way he talk so unprofessional when I argue with him that not nice big white lady has no respect stand up for him and saying no he wasn’t rude if she goes back with camera and see his face impression how nasty was ! So as a customer I wanna put this for who higher level of manger of that locations when customer come to order his drink or whatever he wants just foucs how you talk nicely and professional thus business is not yours guys and customers paying money for that is not free to be rude or mean to them I’m not saying all but what I seen today

I stopped by on a Monday afternoon and wait time was average. The lady that took my order was super friendly. The kid that made my drink handed it to me through the window, said nothing & didn't ask if I wanted a straw and walked away so I had to wait till someone saw me. So, service could be a bit better. My drink seemed a bit weak, not like I usually get. I didn't order food so I cant review on that yet.
I hope to give a better review soon because it's a great location and has great potential! I will try again.
