Horrible experience. Waited an hour for my drink and just ended up leaving when it was clear they were not going to make it. I even went back into line to talk to the barista about how I hadn't received my drink and I had been waiting 30 minutes already, she said she was sorry and that they would make it. Just for me to wait another 30 minutes when I decided I had wasted enough of my morning waiting, and that is when I decided to leave. So I am out money, an hour of time, and without the drink I ordered.

As with all Starbucks, it is overpriced for what you are getting. However, this one is nice for students as it is in a student center on campus and employs students.

The students here clearly do not know how to mix drinks. I ordered a cold brew and they totally got it wrong. When they do not know how to make the drink, they always tell me they are out because they do not know how to make it. It is very disappointing and unprofessional. It has happened 5+ time. I just wanted my coffee done right. I paid for a service that I did not get.
