If I could give zero star I would ! I wouldn’t recommend this subway to anyone ! It took forever just for someone to come up to the counter but when the lady did approach the counter she didn’t greet me or anything but kept walking then when she was ready she just stood there staring at me and didn’t say anything and when I said was she ready for my order she replies back and say “uhh yeah” . Just pure attitude ! I just told her never mind and walked away . I wish they would actually hire people that actually want to work and give decent customer service !

I used to work for subway back in like 2016/2017 and thought the prices were getting iffy back then. The other day I bought a footlong philly steak and got a meal. Paid $18 dollars!!!! Also my sandwich barely had any meat on it. It was actually insane, I won't be coming back.

If i could give this place a zero i would,My sister and I were just there , the girl did not smile did not greet us, she could not hear me instead of being nice she said I can't hear you staring at me serious and angry, my sister took over the order, I'm visiting and from a small town in mn, that opened my eyes owning a small business for 35 years we were gonna order 8 footlongs for our family dinner but we left. subway failed properly training employees

Witnessed an employee at this location have a nasty attitude toward a little girl ordering by herself because she was having trouble ordering. Instead of asking her what kind of meat/veggies she wanted she repeatedly asked “what kind of sandwich” and rolled her eyes. After she went to the back to retrieve ingredients, she came out and slammed the toaster oven open. After that, the mom of the girl had enough and they left. After they left, the female employee said “she had had enough of this bs” and proceeded to call the woman a b word. I would have left too but my order was already made since it was a pickup… This is horrible service and I will probably not come back to this location.

When we got there, a sign on the counter read “staff gone to the bathroom” and then when they came back it took us 30 minutes to get our food even though we ordered 15 minutes earlier online. While in line, one person left because it took so long and another got frustrated. My sandwich was missing the cheese as well.

Lady at the front counter tried to tell me a doordash order had to be canceled because she couldn't toast the sandwiches, I told her they don't need to be toasted, then contacted the customer they said they're okay with the sandwiches untoasted, the lady still refused, so I contacted doordash, they contact the store and the lady said she'll make the sandwiches but she'd like a different Dasher to come get it, boo hooo lol, I still get half pay and dont gotta deliver, fine by me, thats personal shame right there lol
This is how society is when they are wrong l, even in a franchised business they don't want to have to face you, plz go away while i shrivel in shame lmao
All she had to do was make a sandwich the way she was told in the first place, she's just lazy and didn't want to make the order and wanted to refund instead sad
She was literally just standing in the back

2/8/2024That was disappointing ?. There was not any tea, cookies, or a senior/ military discount. My wife ordered a kids' meal but got a medium sandwich ?. I wasted a meal discount coupon because there was no tea. The staff was not very friendly. The lobby was mostly closed off using the chairs from the part of the lobby that wasn't closed off. We had to go scrounge up a second chair. It seems like we were being discouraged from eating here. The food was on par with other Subways.Two stars ? ?

No-one here to staff the place. 5 p.m. on a weekday. Saw 5 people come and leave. Not sure why they bother having a Subway here. It took ten minutes to get someone to come out from the back to tell me they were out of pizza's last Sunday. This time I had to leave.

Lucky they got one star. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Went through the drive through and was told to wait. After waiting, I was told to come instead with the rest of the customers.

We ordered delivery through the Subway app and it was picked up via DoorDash. There was an issue where the store was out of a few items needed to make our order and the first DoorDasher was rude to the employees and refused to call us. After a while, we noticed that another DoorDasher had cancelled the pickup as well, so called the restaurant to check in. I didn’t catch her name but the worker was so kind! She made sure she could get our orders as close as possible without the items we needed (sauce and cookies) and substituted different cookies for us. After that, the issue was solved very quickly and she was so polite and professional. Our food arrived and she added extra cookies for us to make up for the delay. Their team is wonderful and food was still tasty even with a few changes :)
