2/8/2024That was disappointing ?. There was not any tea, cookies, or a senior/ military discount. My wife ordered a kids' meal but got a medium sandwich ?. I wasted a meal discount coupon because there was no tea. The staff was not very friendly. The lobby was mostly closed off using the chairs from the part of the lobby that wasn't closed off. We had to go scrounge up a second chair. It seems like we were being discouraged from eating here. The food was on par with other Subways.Two stars ? ?

No-one here to staff the place. 5 p.m. on a weekday. Saw 5 people come and leave. Not sure why they bother having a Subway here. It took ten minutes to get someone to come out from the back to tell me they were out of pizza's last Sunday. This time I had to leave.

Visited this subway at 1:28 pm on a Tuesday afternoon and the employee had an aditude and didn't want to serve me and my child after she yelled at me when I told her about her aditude.

Lucky they got one star. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Went through the drive through and was told to wait. After waiting, I was told to come instead with the rest of the customers.

We ordered delivery through the Subway app and it was picked up via DoorDash. There was an issue where the store was out of a few items needed to make our order and the first DoorDasher was rude to the employees and refused to call us. After a while, we noticed that another DoorDasher had cancelled the pickup as well, so called the restaurant to check in. I didn’t catch her name but the worker was so kind! She made sure she could get our orders as close as possible without the items we needed (sauce and cookies) and substituted different cookies for us. After that, the issue was solved very quickly and she was so polite and professional. Our food arrived and she added extra cookies for us to make up for the delay. Their team is wonderful and food was still tasty even with a few changes :)

The food was alright but the service was terrible the lady was screaming at my mom and I felt rushed and I don’t expect anything from subway but this is going out of control then two people came and it look like her mother and sister and the mom started crying and after that we got ur order and

Lmao. Ok. I don’t expect much out of Subway, especially one located in a Walmart. I don’t often review chain restaurants, but I felt like people needed to be warned. The food was actually alright and the veggies seemed fresh, so I’ll give them that, but the service was absolutely atrocious. Granted, we showed up at 8:30 (thirty minutes before closing) and I’m well aware the job isn’t exactly fun, but there is a limit to what’s ok when it comes to letting people know how unwelcome they are. The lady was downright rude, like rolling her eyes and snappy-kind of rude, and when we ordered a specific kind of bread (“artisan”), she nodded and served us both basic white instead. Maybe she had a terrible day. Maybe someone was rude to her before we showed up. I try to give people the benefit of a doubt and show them grace and kindness even if they don’t reciprocate. But in the end, basic politeness isn’t much to ask for. My husband works in the service industry and tends to be a very generous tipper, even in fast food places. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him purposely not tip before.

I was in there tonight and the lady in there working tonight I always see her doing so much work and by herself! Dawn is always working so hard. We didn't end up eating there but still had to tip her. She seriously deserves a raise. I use to be in restaurant management and she is definitely the kind of employee I'd keep on staff and pay well.

Placed closed at 9pm I came at 8:27 not only did their lazy as*es not come up front to service me, I called and heard the phone ringing and they never bothered to come up front still. I asked a Walmart employee if they could page them to no avail as they were two different places but she told me there was a camera back there and the guy working could also see us. Place was a mess, sign said clean up after yourselves it helps a lot. it kills me that people want jobs and don't actually wanna work. June 26, 2023 8:27pm to 8:45pm. Subway should hire better help not the bums they currently pay to do nothing.

Ordered through the app at 11:00 am, and the app showed ready by 11:30, got to the store at 11:22, and she saw us there and we waited, she was taking other people's orders while ignoring our online order. She finally started our order around 11:43 then we took 3 more orders while our bread was sitting cold. We finally got our order at 11:58. Horrible - she was very slow and took to a customer for so long when she should be doing her work. Avoid this place as possible.
