This. Is. By. Far. Thee. Worst. Subway.
Co-workers ordered 3 subs. All 3 were incorrect. The nacho steak had no jalapenos when it should have had extra. The meatball sub had pickles/mayo/mustard (GROSS) when it only should have had jalapenos. The club sub had an INSANE amount of mayo/mustard, no cheese, and was toasted even though the special instructions asked for it not to be (it wasn't able to be changed on the terrible website).
This isn't the first time it's happened to us. The phone number goes to some generic answering machine.
This was an online order. There's a list of each sandwich and the ingredients. I don't know how this is consistently an issue. It's hard to not assume that this is being done on purpose.

I was in last week after an appt and honestly, the sandwich was the best I've had at any of the locations in a long time. Didn't catch the guy's name, but he made a fantastic #11.

If you work night shift, don't bother. Half the times I've walked 10 minutes across campus to get here, there are no employees. They say they have go to down to the basement to wash dishes for some reason, or they are on break. You can wait 15-30 minutes sometimes. They need to realize that this is a hospital and a lot of people here don't get scheduled breaks. If you're going to be open 24 hours, have someone there. The business they get from being here would justify hiring another worker. Otherwise let a better restaurant take over the space.
Half the employees just constantly whine about the other employees that aren't there. Others are just very slow - which is understandable sometimes, but when there's a line of people who don't get structured breaks, speed matters. Another reason to have 2 people working.
Not that it matters anyway - there are so many flies in this place and the last time I came in, they were actually flying and walking all over the food. I left the order line and I won't be coming back. That's just gross. You'd expect at least average cleanliness being in a hospital, but no.

Really great for options. The people who work there are really great. If you do not eat meat, there are many vegetarian options and they make pizza as well.

Subway's the place to eat 24/7! Yes on some occasions, Subway does not sell out all of their snacks including their chips which in essence, do expire. That defeats the purpose of talking about sandwiches, however the spicy Italian has been discontinued and they really need to bring that back. You have to consider the quality of a true Subway sandwich, personally catered by their Sandwich artist. I on the other hand have tried sandwiches by Subway in the Philippines, Turkey, France, South Korea, and Antarctica. Just to let you all know, there is no Subway in Antarctica! It doesn't matter where you order a Subway sandwich, whether it's here at the Clarkson med Center campus facility whatever or 84th and Giles in La Vista, down in Bellevue in Twin Creek, or on Abbott drive at the airport, a sandwich will always be a sandwich and that's your classic Subway quote!

I work at UNMC overnight and being open 24/7 is a godsend. The staff is cordial and the employee named Johnny made me feel welcomed on my first day of work. Serice is prompt and food is good. I'd give this location 10 stars but it wont let me.

We've eaten here multiple times over the past few months. Service quality varies, but has never been bad. Food has always been good and made as requested. Just remember it's a hospital setting, so the moods of the employees and patrons are understandably going to vary.

I avoid this place because the guy that works there is very mean to people. If we see him working my co workers and i avoid going here because we are tired of being treated bad when he makes our sandwiches.
