Stop there around 430 /455 on Thursday 1/8/26.The man behind the counter never looked up never said hello nothing..he was throwing pizza boxes n throwing meat back in counter after making sandwiches..he must had been doing a pickup order.i would not eat those sandwiches..never will go back back there even though I live close..went to 121 n center.very helpfully n very professional..

To the crazy woman worker who felt the need to chase me down in the parking lot yelling at me and accusing me of stealing a soda, asking me if I paid for it. 1: here is YOUR PROOF 2: YOUR an embarrassment for that establishment if that’s your behavior and attitude towards customers 3: I will be calling corporate to voice a complaint as well. You should not be allowed to work in customer service acting that way toward a customer . I will never frequent this location again, the crazy woman couldn’t even apologize she just walked away disgustingly.

My son was having an asthma attack due to riding his bicycle with his father..My husband needed water for my 8 year old son and the gentlemen working refused to give my husband a glass of water for my son..I am beyond disgusted with the employees and refuse to ever go back to this place..

Guy behind the counter was very rude when I asked him to toast my sandwich implying that he was going to , but I didn’t know that he planned to which is why I asked , I planned on eating inside but that changed my mind pretty quickly , food was still good and which is the reason for 2 stars but not worth dealing with disrespectful staff

My food was a rush order and it looked very misplaced, and the service lady seemed like I couldn't say if I wanted to add anything to it. All said and done I found hair in my sandwich while I was eating it and I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

Service was lackluster, parked *near* (not in) their reserved parking and got threatened to be towed when going next door to pick up and order, came back to get lunch and things were just slapped on. Not impressed one bit. No idea why they need half the parking lot anyway, completely dead inside. Screaming out the door, threatening me, not a good way to keep someone coming back.

Here on a Saturday afternoon. One worker. A young woman who appears to be camping out asleep in the corner. It took 45 min to get our order made… online orderer here waiting for his order which is also not done. Worker did not make eye contact. There is a long line due to the slowness. Feeling very sorry for the one worker :(

This place is disgusting!!! I walked in today February 13 2025 , to a man asleep with his pants down immediately on the first bench by the door !! He then proceeded to stand up ask what the hell , I was very confused as he put on a subway hat with his pants halfway up!! No need to go on further as he went straight to the line and touched the counter…. Very disgusting do not go here … sad part I love subway
Doris was over worked and over stressed during the lunch rush and her attitude ruined my lunch. Please schedule more than 2 workers for a rush period. Or turn off the mobile orders!

This is seriously the worst subway I have been to the boy behind the counter was rude I accidentally ordered a 20 oz fountain with my meal I explained to him it was for a field trip and I needed a bottle and if I could pay to upgrade he basically was like nope but I can sell you a bottle and was not helpful at all..I get i made the error but was willing to pay for the upgrade so I paid for a drink I didn't get and the bread was hard as well and the sandwiche was not made well..
