The food is decent, though a bit pricey. The bakery seems to be struggling with staffing issues, leading to occasional mistakes with orders. While the treats are tasty, I wouldn't recommend it for custom cakes or anything beyond basic options. The online ordering process is also unreliable, and customer service over the phone is not great. It's best suited for a sweet expensive snack rather than a major purchase.
We LOVE Sweet Mags so it was an easy choice when it came time to choose a bakery for our wedding cake. We loved that they have tasting boxes and were such a joy to work with! Our cake was amazing (we made sure to order a lot so that we would have extra)!!! Highly highly recommend!
I wasn't going to stop here because it's a little off of I-80 but I'm so glad I did! It was totally worth it! The peach ginger scone was light and moist with a crispy crust and edges. We tried 3 of the bars/brownies and they were all amazing -- the tahini butterscotch was my favorite (beware, it gets melty in the heat!!), but honestly all the bars were so good, they all win! 😋 I was almost going to just stuff myself and get the cinnamon roll and the cardamom...
