Went there recently and no manager or worker spoke English or had enough English to be able to understand what was going on. Drive thru worker did not ring order up right and noticed cars before and after had to repeat everything. The order we got was wrong after going up to the window and asked us what we got. Every time we said what we wanted the door was shut on us and still had wrong order. Another worker asked what we ordered and got it wrong as well and shut the door without understanding. Only got our drink that we didn’t order. No food. You need English speaking workers or someone that can understand at least.

Was picking up a doordash order and one of the employees accused me of filming them and caused a huge scene. 1 you have no expectation of privacy when in public. 2 i wasnt filming and to falsley accuse anyone when you are a manager of a location is highly unprofessional. This happed 3/3/2025 at 1220pm i think the supervisor needs termination.

My buddy ordered some cheese quesadillas and got this nasty ugly glob of sauce instead of cheese. He had to drink half of his squirt soda from the inbalance of spiceyness to remove the poopy mess of a terrible ratio. A presidential order on this place would make it great again. Please bar rescue come do a collab with taco bell company it is so scary I dont know if my buddy will survive. I think they are a super spreader of diseases, vaccinate them or something to save us all from this hellish experience.

This location has ALWAYS messed up my orders. I have a dietary restriction and I make sure to customize my orders. They have never gotten my customizations correct. Thankfully I regularly order through DoorDash and DD takes care of me, because the few times I've tried to come back to the store they still don't make it right and they treat me as if I've inconvenienced them.
Vegetarian options: Large vegetarian selection, IF they don't put meat on your order anyways.
This taco bell is the worst smelling fast food place I've ever encountered. It smells like someone died in there. Took away all my appetite
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Taco Bell. The tacos were an absolute joke—barely any meat, just a few shreds of cheese, and a whole lot of nothing! It felt like I paid for an empty taco shell. Honestly, if I wanted just a taco shell, I would’ve ordered that and saved myself the trouble. This was ridiculous and a complete waste of money. I won’t be returning.

Everytime i come here and ask for light sauce it's just drenched in sauce. Tacos are soggy like they've been sitting. Dissapointed.

This store has honestly been really amazing and rarely gets my order wrong and always had fresh food but after tonight I'm never going back. I placed my order and waited 30 minutes. I go up and ask and they say its being made. Little to my knowledge they flat out lied and made me wait a total of 1 hour for them to even start making it. In the mean time waiting they were laughing and making jokes (looked like about us). Eventually I get my food and they forget a portion. Then once I FINALLY get everything they ended up getting the order wrong and messing it up. I will NEVER go back to that store. My friend also didn't get his food either.

My doordash was late because it took them so long to make the order. Don't come here if you want your food fast. The drive-thru and the inside were not busy, so it should not have taken over 10 minutes for the food to be ready for doordash.
How the hell am I gonna give better customer service then yall. Then I need to ask why u haven’t learned how to cut a dam quesadilla.

This taco bell went completely downhill. I've been ordering from here for years and the new staff doesn't do shit. Every time I order from this restaurant I'm waiting in the lobby for over 20 minutes. I even order from the app and go in to pick my order up, I'm STILL in here for half an hour. Noone attends the counter and when they do, they just tell you they'll be right back and you're waiting another 10 minutes unless you actively call for someone. I WORKED in fast food, this is ridiculous. Even when you get the order, chances are it's wrong. Idk what happened to this location but it sucks. You should not be consistently waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes to come pick up an online order that said it was completed almost 10 minutes ago.

One of the worst Taco Bells in town. Never get the food right... ive eatten here 6 times since i moved to millard. Wrong every time and have to go back. They give you attitude when you go to get it corrected
This happened a bit ago at this point, and I initially wasn’t going to make a review on it, but I’ve thought about it enough to think the encounter was rather unprofessional and ultimately did make me uncomfortable. About a couple weeks ago, I was running DoorDash orders and had needed to pick one up from this location, it may have been between midnight to one am, I came through the drive thru and informed the man over the headset of my pickup, he had me pull up to the second window to receive it which I did, once I got to the window I was met with (what appeared to be) a Indian or Latino man who looked to be about in his middle to late 30’s, I was handed my order and placed it down in my passenger seat, and before I could pull off the man had kept the window open and was looking at me expectantly, I had put my car into drive at this point and he spoke up, starting off by complimenting me and telling me he thought I was ‘very pretty’ he then proceeded to ask me some personal questions like what my name was, what I was out doing, how old I am- I am 19 years old, and kept being very flirty and weird with me, before he proceeded to directly ask me out on a date after hearing my age, it was a very uncomfortable conversation, and quite frankly unprofessional, I know I should have just driven off, or ignored him completely, but at the time I was just trying to be polite, I just think that the staff should consider that while they are on shift and simply working, they shouldn’t flirt or ask out customers who are just there to get in and get out. The encounter did really just catch me a bit off guard, it’s very odd to have much older men ask you out and flirt with you when you yourself are also just trying to work.

Got the Green chili Burrito. I've always had a problem with Taco Bell and their bean burritos in the past, and I should've learned my lesson, but I wanted to try this new burrito, so I gave it a shot. I ate the first 3/4 of the burrito and it was just beans. No onion, no cheese, no green chili sauce. It was like going back in time. Oh, the nostalgia of eating an improperly rolled burrito! Finally, get to the bottom 1/4 of the burrito. Oh, there's the chili sauce...AND cheese...and onion! Look, Mr. Burrito maker: It's not rocket science. Do you know the difference between parallel and perpendicular? Put the beans on. Then all the other toppings, you lay on in a line. Then, roll the burrito PARALLEL to your line of toppings. When you roll it perpendicular, all the toppings will be at one end of the burrito. One sure fire way to keep people from returning to your store.
