Wonderful customer service and food, but they always get my order wrong. I end up missing things when I pick it up and having to wait to get them done. This place keeps getting worse. As busy as it is they need more staff and better management of the place.

I go here often, recently had a good visit that made me wanna rate it. I had ordered the chicken nuggets things, but it turns out they had discontinued them but the website still showed them as an option. So when I go their they gave me the rest of my order and refunded the nuggets, unfortunately the wind took the cash from the refund, and the attendant help look for it for a good while before we admitted we couldn't find it. I went in and they got me the money I had lost....

Wow. What can I say. Austin is a beast! Absolutely deserves an award, a raise, hell be deserves everything. There was sour cream on every single item I ordered after he put in no sour cream for me. He was quick to have it remade for me. His coworker blamed him, raised his voice at him to the point where I could hear it in the drive thru, and yet Austin stayed calm, got my order fixed and gave it to me. What a great guy. I truly hope the person who yelled at him and got defensive...
