Horrible management. Stay far away!

The cheese balls were good! Cheeseburger was terrible and fries were not done and my daughter's boneless wings were like rubber! Server never even asked if everything was ok!! Would not recommend to anyone and will not be back!! Gretna location!!

I ordered the Nebraska nachos and they gave me the hair nachos ??

This place is so yummy I love it so much the one bad part is that they refused to give my 12 year old son a bear but I very much recommend the bourbon wings they are just so good for all ages

Please check with the customer sitting at the bar directly in front of a tv before changing a channel to the exact same program on the tv right next to it. Total disregard for my desire. Not one comment to me wondering what I was watching. Very rude.

I have been there twice now but I can’t get reward points they said they would give me. I’ve tried to write them but my mail has come back twice. I even used the address on the receipt they gave me.

We go to the Good Life a lot- The Creek has really gone downhill fast. Today our food was not good at all...unseasoned smashburger...cold chili with a pound of chopped onion on top...dry, overcooked wings. Then we also realized they are now adding a 3% charge to use a credit card. Time to find a new hangout. Maybe we can blame Biden.

Service was atrocious . Had to ask for a menu from someone other than bartend r after waiting 20 mins. Had to wait 15 for her to take our order . Had to approach a bar back to get a spoon. Food fries cold . Potato soup gross old . Absolutely comical all of a sudden she began to serve us as we were about to leave- Been to Papillion location and it was crazy busy and had fantastic service during a Husker game- this trip was a waste.

The service was pretty decent, the atmosphere is what you would expect from a bar and grill chain, and the food was ok... but don't bother with the chili. The bartender said it was good so I gave it a try, but it was pretty low grade. My buddy got a burger that looked pretty good, so I think I just got the dud.

Gretna Good Life servers tend to congregate at the kitchen entrance and ignore customers who walk in. After about 5 or 10 minutes, we had to flag a bus person down to find out who our server was. Ordered burnt ends & frickles. Very little meat on the appetizer and the meat was extremely fatty. When the bill came, we paid cash and the server did not return with our change. I had to hunt her down and ask for it. I'm okay with leaving a tip, but the service wasn't worth 30%. We have experienced neglect and poor service the last three or four times we were in the Gretna store. increased parking is not going to improve inside service.

Our go-to if we can't decide where to go... because it's always good ?
