This issue later in the message was resolved so I will change my rating, thanks for reaching out to me. The building and people were nice, my drinks were made perfectly and tasted amazing, but I paid in cash and my card was still charged the next day for the bar visit and it wasn't a low settle amount or I wouldn't be on here rating it as a 1 star but I didn't tip a little extra just so my card could be charged it's been now two weeks and nothing, no fixes, I've been told ooooh come back tomorrow or give my manager a call or oh she will call you back, went in and talked the the manager ( Nikki ) not sure how it was spelled, but all she did was ask for my name and number and said I will give you a call, nothing gave them a couple more calls nothing, and went in the next day just to talk to get a receipt of my visit so I can file a money dispute, and all of a sudden I'm vist isn't even in their system, not sure what you guys did but wasn't happy with this visit and I really liked your place but I don't wanna go back when you aren't careful with people money, or reach out and communicate or try and fix the situation. Two bartender even admitted they seen me paying cash that night... Pretty sad actually because I wanted a new bar to bring my group of friends with into on our regular night outs.

Arrive at 5:15 - told they just got a text from manager that no more specials / first pizza ordered at 5:15, 2nd and 3rd pizza order at 5:30 with drinks, 2nd pizza arrives 15 min later, first pizza still not out 45 min later, drinks come 30 min after ordered. Won’t be back. Charges for pizzas were taken off on my 3 friends bills however free round of drinks were NOT offered and did not happen. Nor did we feel that the staff working was actually at fault, the issues actually fall back on management. And hopefully that gets corrected.

This spot is amazing!! The atmosphere is awesome especially during the holidays! Busy on weekends but the bartenders are the absolute best! They have been working so hard! From meetings to big gatherings tipsy is the place to be.

Such a fun stop on our party bus! Great cocktails, awesome atmosphere, and very friendly staff. They made our group feel welcome and kept the good vibes going. Would absolutely recommend!

Went for my birthday week. They were understaffed on a Friday. Maybe two bartenders and a manager. They had there backs to us the whole time. Was so excited to go check this spot out and was just disappointed.

Made reservations a week in advance. Had a family Christmas get together for 7 of us. Walked in, the place was probably over capacity. Asked a waitress about our reservation. She told us to give her a second and she would figure it out. She walked by us no less then 5 times over a 10 minute period. She never again acknowledged us standing there. I then went up to the bar and asked who looked like was a manager told her all the details and she said give her a second to figure it out. After 15 mins of standing 5 feet away from her she never once said anything to me.
I understand being busy but then why have it open for reservations? And to just blow us off and never have any communication. Maybe just tell us it isn't going to work so we don't stand there for 30 mins waiting. It also wasn't a singular problem. I heard probably 5 more groups ask about their reservations as well. I don't know how this place usually is but I would avoid it at all cost during the holidays.

The drinks are so fun and delicious. Had a great time at the Whoville at Tipsy event. The bartender Betsy and the rest of the girls did a great job!

I was looking to watch the nebraska game on a patio because I was traveling and I had my dog. They had plenty of seating and the place was completely empty except 2 tables. When I approached with my dog, they informed me that dogs weren't allowed, even though it says they are dog friendly online.
