The ordering system is a little confusing. You have to wait in one long line just to wait in another long line. I would recommend going when the zoo first opens or is about to close.
Amazing little place to stop and eat. Whether you buy something there like the GIANT elephant ear pretzel ( definitely share size ) or eat what you brought from home, it's a great shady spot to rest and eat.
Wheelchair accessibility: Their is plenty of open space to maneuver wheelchairs or wagons around.

Food is good, but the lines are ridiculous! The self ordering kiosk lines are long. Then you have to get in another line to get your food!! This is NOT efficient! Was much faster when you just told the person at the window your order & they gave you your food!!
