If you’re looking for cold pizza, dirty tables, and staff who are fully committed to their cell phones instead of customers — this Valentino’s absolutely delivers.
The place was visibly filthy and poorly maintained. I stood at the counter for several minutes without so much as a “we’ll be right with you.” Apparently scrolling is more urgent than acknowledging paying customers.
I ordered carryout, took it home, and surprise — the pizza was cold. Not “sat in the car too long” cold. More like “this has been sitting here waiting for someone else to claim it” cold. It honestly felt like I was handed an order that never got picked up.
And the highlight? They refused service to a woman with a tiny service dog, because she didn’t have “proper paperwork” with her — to pick up a carryout order! The dog was so small. It was tucked into her shirt. It could not have been more than 3 pounds!. That was the moment it went from disappointing to completely unacceptable.
Definitely not the quality or service I expected. Do better.

No indoor place to eat as far as tables or counters, if it’s winter plan on for real to go only. Great consistent quality and great service however

2025 Update: After going to another, farther location for three years, we tried this one again. The pizza is good, but their breadsticks are still super skinny compared to the other location we use.
I think there must be some corners being cut because of COVID or inflation. Their breadsticks used to be great, but now, they are skinny and not as soft as they were. They also went up in price. So, you'll pay more and receive about half the amount of bread you used to get. I haven't noticed the pizza going downhill yet, but I worry that is coming next.

Ordered for delivery, waited for 2.5 hours before calling. Told us it was on the way in the delivery car. Waited another 30+ minutes and they told me it “must have been lost”.
We have two young kids wondering why they don’t have food and it’s now 9:30p. Not acceptable!!! DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!

DoorDash completely messed up my order on the husker game day. Tracy, the general manager at this store saved the day! She took my order, rushed it and even had one of her people deliver it to my house, even though we are outside of the delivery radius. Ordered for delivery online and said it would be an hour. Called after 70 min and was told they gave our order to someone else and needed to remake ours. Now going on 1 hour 45 minutes and still nothing. No text update either.
A hamburger bun with garlic and cheese? Seriously??? The lasagna only contains marinara and cheese! Pathetic!!!

Ordered a pizza for delivery. I was told it would be one and a half hours which ok they might have been busy i get that. 2 and a half hours later still no pizza and restaurant is now closed for the day. Definitely not happy. The old BBB will be getting a call on this business
