The last two times I have been here it has taken no less than twenty minutes to get through the drive through. The staff is not at all apologetic. In fact they are a bit rude and hurried me through. I'm not going back and this is down the road from me.
4/5/21 S 72nd St near Jones and NFM. We ordered at approximately 8:30 p.m.. The order taker apologized for our long wait prior to ordering. We were at the order intercom for at least 10 minutes before someone answered and took our order. Were in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. Turned the car off 3 times. Extremely slow. Six cars left the line as we waited. We should have left also. The car in front of us left without getting anything. Got to the window and it did not...read full review
