I order Wendy's first time on app for ice chocolate cold brew. It was good. Not sure if it was made right, but is it just me or does staff doesn't know about holiday things like this "Boo book". I thought it was a physical item?
1st of all they thank goodness have a open dinning room. And it's amazing they also have someone happy to take your order. All of the above are huge pluses for me. The one thing you need to know yes the food takes a little longer be patient it's not forever. It's made fresh for you. Will definitely eat here again and hopefully they stay the way they are.
A bit disappointed by my recent visit. The cashier entered my meal the way I said it, but when I paid they threw away my receipt. I received two items that were not what I had ordered and felt a bit cheated and lied to by the staff. It doesn't take much integrity to be honest about what you don't have in stock. I would be perfectly fine with getting something different if they let me know if they had it or not, but instead of asking me, they made the substitutions for...
