Every time I eat here my food is cold and the wait is long! Doesn’t matter if it’s busy or not and they are NEVER friendly or apologize for anything! I’m really done coming here and it’s so close to work that’s why I even go. Today all I got was 2 deluxe burgers and it took forever and of course was cold as hell.. thanks for the old and cold food! She didn’t even say anything to me but handed the bag out the window and said “2 deluxe cheeseburgers” that was it.. no hello or how are you or sorry for the wait and I was the only person in line! Customer service, good service is really dead these days especially with teens and managers that don’t care!

I love this Wendy’s and I do come here quite often. They are understaffed pretty regularly but that is a nationwide issue so I can understand that. My issue is that when I went through the drive thru the man who handed me my food had nails bitten down to the nubs, red fingers likely due to having eaten a bag of Hot Cheetos, and did not look well groomed just based on his hands and his beard. The fact that he put my fries in the bag (his fingers likely made contact with the fries) then handed me my food just about made me lose my appetite. Cleanliness and hygiene is IMPORTANT! Being presentable at work in the food industry is NOT OPTIONAL! He should NOT have been in the window giving customers their meals. This is the only time I’ve had this experience at this location, normally this is not an issue but it disgusted me terribly.

Tonya is the manager of this location and she is beyond helpful and kind. My husband and I specifically came to try out the Dreamiscle frosty and it was not a great experience, the boy was extremely rude and would not even acknowledge us. Also he gave us our frosty over-filled and dripping off the sides. It got EVERYWHERE. But I called in today and Tonya was a complete sweetheart and offered to speak to try employee and get us a new frosty. Everyone has bad days but it’s okay to let people know about these situations so they don’t happen again. We will be coming back here anytime we get Wendy’s in the future bc of the customer service we got in the end. Thanks!

Stopped at 2:00 today for a hot tasty Wendy’s lunch.Super disappointing,All the outside doors are locked No signs on the doors??We tried them all.Why Wendy’s Why??!ButDon and Millie’s was super YUMMY!!No more Wendy’s for me in Omaha!

Service is always slow at that location, but they appear to be possibly understaffed too so I'll give them some grace there.Food is prepared well though.Can't go wrong with chocolate Frosty's!Love the Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers and fries too.Had a cute lunch date too. :)I would give a 4.5 rating
Went through drive-through. Ordered food and paid They said it would be out shortly Waited almost 10 minutes with no explanation why. Didn’t even get any napkins I suggested when people come to the drive-through and they have to wait. They should be told that when they order since I was on a short lunch break, the kid at the window just looked at me like I was nuts.
Trevor was perfect and polite and will definitely come back because of that one
