The French fries was hot 👍
The spicy chicken sandwich was good.
But the fries were cold and chewy.
I ate in the restaurant so i would expect them to be hot.

Probably should pay your employees more and staff more efficiently, because man do your people hate it here. Took forever to come to the speaker, started ordering, was going to add an another meal and was cut off by being told to hold on. Then waited another 3 minutes for her to come back.
Put my card in the food bag 😑 which, is a new one. Do y'all do the same with change?

Wendy's is a popular spot, although it can be understaffed. The drive-thru service could be better; one customer had a bad experience with an unhygienic employee. However, the manager, Tonya, is friendly and helpful, ensuring that customers are satisfied. The Dreamiscle frosty was messy and served poorly, but after a call, Tonya offered a new one. Despite some issues, Wendy's customer service shines through and makes visitors want to return. Recent visits have shown that the overall cleanliness of the tables, counters, and bathrooms has been minimal, which can be disappointing. On a positive note, the staff, especially Dylan, has been doing an excellent job at the front counter, providing fast service and friendly interactions, even with long lines. The food is prepared quickly, and the frosty's are still delicious, though some customers feel the fries could use more salt. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, with staff being friendly to children. While closing early on menu items can be frustrating, the overall experience often remains positive, encouraging guests to come back.
