However, the manager, Tonya, is friendly and helpful, ensuring that customers are satisfied. The Dreamiscle frosty was messy and served poorly, but after a call, Tonya offered a new one. Despite some issues, Wendy's customer service shines through and makes visitors want to return. Recent visits have shown that the overall cleanliness of the tables, counters, and bathrooms has been minimal, which can be disappointing. On a positive note, the staff, especially Dylan, has been doing an excellent job at the front counter, providing fast service and friendly interactions, even with long lines. The food is prepared quickly, and the frosty's are still delicious, though some customers feel the fries could use more salt. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, with staff being friendly to children. While closing early on menu items can be frustrating, the overall experience often remains positive, encouraging guests to come back.
