Wendy’s really needs to look at changing the bun on there hamburgers it’s so dry I’m sure they have heard this before love the food but hate the buns

Waited at drive through for 5 minutes and had to say hello before being helped waited at the window for 5 or more minutes waiting for my food. Keep in mind no cars were in front of me. If it's hectic I understand and they didn't even be like sorry for that or anything. They seemed more annoyed i was there

Items forgotten and halfway through eating baconator, pulled this piece of plastic of mouth. Been throwing up ever since to make sure didn't ingest any other plastics. Whoever answered the phone was very nice and pleasant but besides that I'm in utter disgust and should get a full refund for that.

Their hours say closes at 11, showed up at 9:40, and the drive-through was closed. Called the restaurant, and said they closed at 10 lady sounded snarky over the phone too. I mean, I don’t like to show up places more than 30 minutes before close, but this wouldn’t have happened if the hours on Google were correct in the first place!

(Edit 11/27/2024) Well I've finally hit my limit with this store. Im over paying for stuff only to be forgotten. Last time you'll forget my fries and forget how to make my burger. Which if I want compensation I have to mess around forever to get $2 worth of food. Not worth it in the least.
BTW your cherry coke has probably been out of gas for most of the day with how much syrup concentration I just tasted. 👎

We went though the drive thru and it took a while before we got to the window. We sat there a while too. Good news the good was hot and fresh. And v the staff were really nice

I come here often and have no problems, workers very nice always. Drive thru was slow today,But right as I left the window my fries and nuggets were cold. Got home burger was cold. Not even lukewarm. I had to go home and microwave them which made them taste funny......
