If I could give zero stars I would. I came home with my burger took a bite into a raw burger. The fries are cold. Missing half the container of a large fry went back to get a new burger wasted my gas. Will never return

Person working the counter let me stand there while he took 5 mins putting stickers on a door dash order. Finally took my order. As I’m standing waiting for my food two ladies come up to the counter as he’s talking to another enployee and completely ignores the two ladies at the counter. He then walks back and stares at the cooks preparing food. Ladies still at the register not addressed at all. I went to the counter and said…excuse me, do you not see these ladies standing here? He said he saw them and I responded with…well, help them!!! At that point he finally took their order.

Waited at drive through for 5 minutes and had to say hello before being helped waited at the window for 5 or more minutes waiting for my food. Keep in mind no cars were in front of me. If it's hectic I understand and they didn't even be like sorry for that or anything. They seemed more annoyed i was there

Items forgotten and halfway through eating baconator, pulled this piece of plastic of mouth. Been throwing up ever since to make sure didn't ingest any other plastics. Whoever answered the phone was very nice and pleasant but besides that I'm in utter disgust and should get a full refund for that.

Their hours say closes at 11, showed up at 9:40, and the drive-through was closed. Called the restaurant, and said they closed at 10 lady sounded snarky over the phone too. I mean, I don’t like to show up places more than 30 minutes before close, but this wouldn’t have happened if the hours on Google were correct in the first place!
