Don't understand the bad reviews but my experience was very good. Staff was friendly... told them it was my first time and Alicia immediately came to help me order at the Kiosk and showed me how to place my order. She is a gem of a person/lady. Way much better than the next door Jimmy Jones. Will visit again. i am a customer for life. Which wich needs to clone Alicia.
I'm not sure if they were training a new hire today, but when I got my wrap it was about 2/3 the usual size with close to 35% of the tortilla folded into the middle, I have been here 4 times before and every time the food was amazing and never like this.
I so miss the Papillion location, I went there often and I didn’t go out West too frequently but today we made a trip out there just for our Which Wich fix. Everything is digital now, I miss the bags and markers and they don’t have pellet ice anymore which sucks. Our sandwiches and fries were good! $37 for two people is a bit steep but it was a decent amount of food.
