Fell off really hard. I got an Earl Grey milk tea and it was so sour in a way that Earl Grey should never, ever taste. There was a weird textural aftertaste. When I say sour, I mean that I drank some lemonade afterwards (not from here) and it just tasted sweet in comparison. I don't know what happened, but if you haven't been in a while, I would just go somewhere else because it's not what you remember.

We were informed of Yumchaa by a nurse at the hospital. She stated the teas were delicious as she had overheard my daughter and me talking about going to get boba. She was correct! We got a matcha with tapioca boba and I got a brown sugar with tapioca boba. My daughter also got a couple cheesecake bites and macaroons. The shop offered several kinds of packets of ramen with several choices of meat and other add-ins. We did not try the ramen. The macaroons were moist and very delicious. Ours teas hit the spot with a ton of boba in them. I will return.

Customer service that is amazing!! Love coming here! Need instruction? They will walk through (literally) everything with you. They're so efficient, the second time I went in I didn't need any help but they were off to the side waiting if I did. Beautiful people and amazing grub

Excellent place, they give very good attention very clean there is a variety of soups it is incredible to go with family you can also prepare things yourself and if not they really help you they are incredible

Great experience, both how the food is prepared and customer service!! We came in with 7 on a busy night and just planned to step outise to eat as all the tables were full, and who I assume is the owner saw our large party and without asking or hesitating, set up a table and chairs for us outside!! Above and beyond! Thank you!

Everyone is so nice. It was our first time coming here and they showed us what to do without any type of frustration. My only complaint is that the building is really small and I feel like everyone was running into each other.

The ramen was delicious, though I had to look at ingredients on the packaged to ensure the meatless options were actually meat free, though that's on the ramen itself. I loved the toppings choices, and the ube slushy was delicious!

It was such a geart experience. They guy at front helping everyone with the Ramen and the selection was great. The food was amazing and the drinks were fast and delicious.

Came here for lunch today with my Daughter right before the lunch rush. We witnessed it happen and there was a very kind gentleman that was helping everyone even finding them seating. I asked him if he was the owner and he is and he instantly gave his praises to his team that has supported him and on our way out another Customer was telling him how well he was doing and how kind he is. He once again praised his employees first. These are the kind of places we need to spend our money at 10 out of 10.

It's not high end food and beverage you might find at a steakhouse, but the food and drink are comfort food and drinks. The atmosphere is amazing, board games to play while you wait, cute modern zen like aestetic. Leaves decorating, very cozy. I will say the tables do need to be given more attention, every time I've gone there has been a fair ammount of sticky surfaces, but it can be easily avoided, but I truly do enjoy this spot for some Boba tea.
