So amazing!! The atmosphere was very peaceful and made the experience even better. The ramen tasted better than I have ever made at home, the vegetables were delish, and the chicken was juicy not dry at all! It was not expensive either, very reasonably priced.The staff was very helpful, caring, and kind. Definitely recommend as a chill, relaxed lunch or dinner!

This was my first visit.But will not be my last. I chose the vegan Ramen with added fish cake and rice cake. They have Ramen to suit any taste from mild to spicy. Since it was my first time the owner guided me in the cooking process, but it was clearly stated on the wall. I ordered a YumChaa Bubble Tea for my beverage. It was sweet and milky with chewy Boba. The sweetness was perfect to cool the spice from my soup. Ah my soup, when it was done cooking, I added the spice packets to my taste liking then took my plate for a stroll to the toppings bar for unlimited toppings for my Ramen. You can choose from bok choy, cabbage, pickled radishes, mushrooms, corn, kimchi, tofu, jalapeño peppers, as well as cheddar cheese, and much more. You really can customize your Ramen to be whatever you want it to be. This tucked away gem it worth the trip. The Ramen will warm your body on a chilly Nebraska day and the helpful staff will warm your heart every day.

Yumcha is our favorite Boba spot and now they serve noodles! Although we have not tried the noodle bar, it looked really good. The drinks are always made fast.

The customer service here is the best I’ve ever seen. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted with a huge smile and had everything explained to us. We were walked through the line and completely taken care of from the moment we picked our ramen to receiving our drink. The table next to us had decided they didn’t like the flavor of the broth they picked so they chose another (and paid, obviously) and the owner (I assume) stopped to check on them and asked what happened with the other flavor and if he could have fixed it. They politely explained that it was just a flavor preference (it is a self serve instant ramen shop) and he insisted on a refund for them! Just such a genuine and nice guy and clearly loves his job. Very attentive.

I knew I should have come sooner! When the man found out it was my first time, he helped start to finish with the ramen bowl. Everything is labeled nicely, and there are instructions provided, though he basically did it all for me. There are vegan and vegetarian options! Which, as a vegetarian, I am thankful for. I tossed a boiled egg into my ramen and plenty of fresh toppings. Their tapioca pearls are on point, they have plant-based gelato and regular gelato, different flavored waffles, macarons, slushies and more. You bet I'll be back; this place is a great find.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a boba tea spot and came across this place, so we decided to give it a try. The customer service was excellent and very welcoming. We loved the ramen and would love to see more options in the future. It’s a cozy spot—perfect for cold weather—and the business setup is really cool. We’d definitely return!

I showed up bright and early five minutes after opening. Despite this the man who was working walked me through the whole ramen process, brought my food to me, and lead me through when I made stupid mistakes. Sadly I couldn't too more but I will come again. Best boba and ramen experience ever 🥳. The ramen choices are amazing and the DIY feature feels fun. Good options for kids and non spicy lovers like myself as well :D
