This is a great coffee stop on the west side! It was crowded, but to be expected in the morning! Avocado toast was great!

I was visiting my friend for her baby shower and we decided to get coffee in the morning one day. She took me to Zen coffee and I was impressed with the service. I accidentally took the wrong coffee and sipped it before realizing it wasn’t mine. I immediately went up to the counter to tell them and they were so kind about it. They told me to keep the coffee I sipped and allowed me to take the coffee I actually ordered. With a smile on their face. I expected them to charge me for the coffee I accidentally took but instead I was responded with a smile and kindness. Also, the honey latte was AMAZING. Thank you Zen coffee!

Great place, I love the variety of drinks and they’re all delicious. The staff are very welcoming and polite, but to run a business that is constantly busy, hiring more staff to handle the high volume traffic so customers aren’t waiting in line for 20+ min would be a good route to go.

Zen Coffee is always my go-to for a quick coffee pick up or as a meeting place with clients and friends. The crew is always friendly and kind (even when they are busy), drinks and food are delivered fast, and the overall experience is consistently top notch. Mannnnn the first couple times ive gotten their matcha it's been perfect. But as soon as it's a busy Saturday they're not taking the time to mix the matcha right. I got the drink with a layer of matcha already settled at the bottom 😭 the peach crumble is soooo good but it's been 10 minutes and it's just flavored milk now. Pretty disappointed.

We were passing through and needed a coffee. What a great choice!! The gentleman at the register helped guide us to a great drink, the cinnamon dulce. The coffee was not over shadowed by the syrup and milk. Just perfect! We look forward to stopping again when we pass back through. Can’t wait to see what we can try next.

We order coffee from here it’s always gross and has no flavor. We order using door dash and there is always something missing from our drinks. I’m not sure if they treat door dash orders like garbage and there drinks are better when you go in and order it but I’ll never know because I won’t spend my money here anymore
Addition to owners reply: you never take responsibility for your guys mess ups. As a business owner you should never just “assume” on an order. And you didn’t bother to clarify on the phone because there was NOTHING to clarify! You are in the wrong, own up to it instead of passing blame on your customers. We have called about our drinks missing items few different times and we were told you have to specifically ask for whipped cream or toppings unless is says so in the description and the sugar cookie does say it comes with whip cream and sprinkles. It’s just pure laziness of the person who made our drinks.
