We order coffee from here it’s always gross and has no flavor. We order using door dash and there is always something missing from our drinks. I’m not sure if they treat door dash orders like garbage and there drinks are better when you go in and order it but I’ll never know because I won’t spend my money here anymore

Addition to owners reply: you never take responsibility for your guys mess ups. As a business owner you should never just “assume” on an order. And you didn’t bother to clarify on the phone because there was NOTHING to clarify! You are in the wrong, own up to it instead of passing blame on your customers. We have called about our drinks missing items few different times and we were told you have to specifically ask for whipped cream or toppings unless is says so in the description and the sugar cookie does say it comes with whip cream and sprinkles. It’s just pure laziness of the person who made our drinks.

My husband and I were looking for a cute local place to grab some coffee while visiting Omaha, and I'm glad we stopped here! My husband loved his cold brew. I tried the Bees Knees (lavender, rose, honey latte) and it was so good! We didn't eat any food, but the food we watched come out while waiting for our drinks looked delicious! The service was fast and friendly. We were also on the hunt for a good thrift store in the area, so I asked one of the baristas. They were very friendly and helpful and had great recommendations. Would highly recommend this coffee spot!

Disappointed :/ I love zen’s coffee it really is good coffee but today was my birthday and we ordered a coffee flight and was told they’d bring it out to us so we waited outside for it for 20 mins only to go inside and see it melting on the counter. We spent almost $50 on a flight, food, and a coffee for my husband. The flight itself was just the coffee no toppings or anything pretty and little effort was put into it. Really sad my birthday coffee flight experience was not as expected. I know they could have done better.

Abby- while I appreciate your response given the audience on this platform, it doesn’t change the initial experience had. The barista said he would bring it out to us, to which I told him where we’d be sitting.

There was miscommunication and to be honest, if the barista cared he would have brought it out or mentioned something at the time I told him where we’d be sitting.

I understand policy, I understand the staff is probably tired from being busy I get it. But it was a fundamental lack of care. No one came out to get us, no one cared to notice and just bring it out. I was not going to ask to have it remade because it was evident given the full experience had, that it just did not matter, we’re just another customer.

I appreciate the gift card and trying to make it right, however, after an experience like this I don’t plan on coming back.
