We always love the convenience of being able to eat right at The Holland and then make our show time. They were very accommodating of a larger group this time for us and we appreciated that.
Food was excellent but didn't arrive until 2 of the 3 of us had to leave for the concert. The waitress was not at fault and assured us this was not the usual practice. Our dinners were discounted and we ate them at home at 10:00. It was our first time at Zinc and we hope to return and give it a second chance.
The restaurant is lovely, the food a good value. The issue is that everyone needs to get their food, eat it, and pay -by 7:20. Our waitress was new, and could not handle the need for speed. The other staff was rushing around to be sure their tables got their food in a timely fashion. Of course its hard for the kitchen to get so many dinners made and served in such a short time.
