Friday evening I used their app-you know because they keep bugging me to use the five dollar coupon. They sent me- early just a little bit after four o’clock. At 5 o’clock, I got a phone call. Definitely not freaking fast. After ordering on the app for pick up and waiting 25 minutes to be alerted my sandwich was ready and I crossed my fingers and headed to the store. After being ignored by staff for about 5-10 minutes while several people and I stood at the pick up stand, with one completed order on it (clearly being used as intended or so I thought) I ventured up to the counter to inquire when my sandwich would be ready. Ii went to this jimmy johns three times and no more. They are always six car deep and the average wait is 8-10 minutes. I asked the drive thru what was going on and they always have excuses. I asked for the manager and they said that person was doing sandwiches. I then said you should give us compensation like a free cookie or an apology. The staff refused to get the manager basically shut the window on me. Terrible customer service. I would like to see manager post a reply.
