Terrible service, food was wrong, cold and it took well over an hour and a half for food to start coming out. Manager refused to talk to us. No wonder there was so many empty tables on a Friday night.
Super disappointed after a few recommendations to eat here. We went for lunch. Our waiter wasn’t extremely friendly but I usually can get past that if the food is delicious…it was not. We were forgotten about and once we flagged our waiter down and he brought our food, it was cold. I asked could we have our plates at least reheated and he just brought the fries back. We were offered no drink refills, also asked for sauces and cherries, which never came. Im super disappointed...read full review
The wait staff is horribly slow, 10 minutes from when we were seated till a waiter showed up to greet us and get a drink order. they were too busy talking in the back. sat night 6pm and only at maybe 25% capacity so it was not busy, they had enough staff. The staff just doesn't care. I had to go to the bar repeatedly to get my coke refilled. The empty tables near us went unbussed for an hour.
