Very nice food and staff
Szechuan Bistro is a wonderful home base for delicious, quick Chinese food that not only scratches the itch for flavorful stir fried classics but opens up your pallet to the spice-filled world of Szechuan cuisine. You can't miss on these dishes. Beef dishes have perfect texture and melt in your mouth while bringing immense flavor. I'm working my way through the menu even though I could get the same thing (home style beef) every time. Make a stop by. You won't regret it.
Food was delicious. Lots of variety. We came on a Saturday night and the food came out quickly. Servers were attentive. My kids already want to come back another time.

Beef dishes have perfect texture and melt in your mouth while bringing immense flavor. The food is delicious with lots of variety. The food comes out quickly and servers are attentive. Dishes like the dry fried in pot beef, the Scallion Chicken, a pot of hot tea, and 2 spring egg rolls are full of flavor and good sized portions. The atmosphere is amazing with beautiful decor, the best in the Omaha area. The service has great attention to detail. The flavors are authentic, with dishes such as the eggplant in garlic sauce, the green beans, twice cooked pork and spicy sliced chicken. The dumplings in chili oil were sub-par, but everything else was delicious. The restaurant itself is very modern and spotless. The spicy, crispy chicken, the vegetarian Mapo tofu, the cabbage appetizer, and the Kung pao chicken are all phenomenal. This is absolutely the best Chinese food in Omaha.
