“It’s nice to have a store like Hy-Vee in little old Plattsmouth. Meat and deli counter, prepared foods, large produce department. My only and constant complaint is the bagging needs improvement. Squashing bread, bagging hot food with frozen, overly heavy bags. I actually place all my frozen and refrigerated foods on the belt first then the non refrigerated items then hot food last. Still the frozen items are bagged with non refrigerated items. I always have to tell the checker to bag the bread separately otherwise it will be squashed with a heavy item in the bag. I shop many grocery stores in the Omaha area since I work there and by far the Plattsmouth Hy-Vee has the worst baggers. I would like to bag my own groceries if they would let me or maybe management could give the employees a class on proper bagging.“

“if you're looking for amazing food, I highly recommend you stop and try this place. They make their own ranch in house. their tenders and chicken is all hand breaded and they use beef Tallow. I highly recommend you stop and give them a try. they even have a claw machine for the kiddos and the staff is absolutely amazing. such a nice and clean friendly place to have a meal.“

“The Quarthouse is a great place to hang out! They've got 2 pool tables and dart boards plus lots of other arcade style games. They have great food and serve breakfast late nights. And they have a great karaoke Dj!!“

“Went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Has a great set up outside for smokers and drinking especially during the winter and college game days with a nice fire pit to keep you warm! Inside play some pool, darts, or even small talk with the locals and enjoy the time while drinking!!! Shout out to Papa Chuck and Tiff!!!“
