“Had some bad experiences here over the years, but with that being said the team they have at this location currently are great! Subways still pretty expensive but the customer service and quality from their current employees make it well worth it. Many nights I get off late and really just want a good sandwich not some cheap burger after a 12+ hour day, I feel bad sometimes rolling in 10 minutes before closing but they see the exhaustion on my face and they happily take my order reassuring me that they are happy to help me out after a long day working out in the field! Stellar team with great positive attitudes! Sincerely the Deluxe tuna with bacon guy! If you know you know haha!“

“Such an interesting place. Been here a couple of times they're sandwiches are great but that being said the ordering protocol is very interesting. You pick a bag of what kind of sandwich you want off of a wall and then you write on it what you want in the sandwich. After being confused with that and somebody behind the counter instructing you on how to order your sandwich then you give them the paper bag and then they key it in. After making your sandwich they put your sandwich in that paper bag. Different but I think that's what makes this place a little special. I've had three different subs throughout the year and each one of them were decent.“

“This morning was my first time going to jimmy John's in scottsbluff I was impressed on how clean and well maintained the restaurant was the service was good and I Did not have to wait long at all . My sandwich was good and I enjoyed it I had it to go I would of stayed and had it their but I found the music a little too loud that is my only complaint was the music I will be a returning customer I just hope the next time the music is not to loud.“

“Pretty much our go to restaurant after church or for a quick dinner grab. Service is usually swift, but they can get bogged down at times with orders. Been here multiple times when only 1 employee is having to do it all. Just discovered online ordering and will only use that going forward. Great way to order 4 sandwiches 🥪 show up and pay without the wait. Parking is dicey at best.“

“Horrible customer service!! I made the mistake of spending my money at the Gering subway today. Ordered my sandwiches and was asked if there was anything else I would like. I said yes can I get a box of cookies please. The lady almost rolled her eyes straight out of her head and bit my head off. I got my food and sat down. 3 minors came in and this lady yelled at them. No outside food or drinks. They were good kids and threw out their drinks. They sat down and the little one who was probably 6 years old went up to the counter. The lady but her head off told her "get off my counter" she ran back to her sisters. I went over and gave the 3 girls my box of cookies cause wow!! And this lady had the audacity to yell at them AGAIN. She said "where did you get those cookies cause I already told you no outside food" my bf spoke up and said they were from us. Please someone tell this woman that kindness and customer service go hand in hand. Yelling at a little 6 year old and then all 3 kids when all they were doing was waiting for there order ....shameful
Kid-friendliness: 💯 NOT kid friendly even when they were polite and respectful AND spent $$$ there.“
