Normally I don’t make posts like these but after I tried to tell the other scooters on Ave I about my problem with ther other store I was basically told that I was lying and then I was shoo’d away. I showed up to Ave I cash in hand, as I understood that even though it was Ave B store that messed my drink up, I would have to pay for another at a separate location. Very disappointed. I have been to Scooters many times and had not had any problems until
recently. I was there a few days ago and ordered two drinks. The gal at the window ran my debit card and gave it back. She then opened the window and said it didn’t go through and that there was an error code. She ran again 2 more times. Still would not go through. Then she told me that their register was not working so I paid her in cash. My debit card was charged 3x for the drinks....read full review

I have been to Scooters many times since they have been open. I have never had a bad drink and everyone is so friendly! My go to coffee place!!
