I live in sidney and go to arbys on a regular basis. That's about to change.... everytime I go their something in my order will be messed up. Tonight for instance I didn't receive ANY of the sauces that always come with my order. Everytime I've ever ordered from here my mozzarella sticks come with marinara, and the jalapeño poppers always come with bronco berry sauce.... I've never had to ask they are jist in the bag when I pick it up since you can't request them on the app....read full review

Arby's is a fast food restaurant that serves hot, fresh, and delicious food. The curly fries are a highlight, considered the best among fast food chains. The food was great and the place was clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. While some customers have experienced mistakes with their orders, the manager took care of it immediately. The chicken cordon bleu and the steak sandwich were great, but the crinkle fried seemed old and dry. The beef and cheddar was fine but would have been better with some Arby's sauce. The service is really good and they really care about customers being satisfied.
