This McDonalds is always hit and miss for me. They’ve messed up on my order a couple of times, but I know they are a busy place, so I don’t complain about it that much. The biggest complaint is communication to the customers. There have been a number of times where they were closed to the public out of normal business hours due to maintenance work. No signs of that nature were put up, so customers who ordered online neither got their food, or a refund.
It would be a lot better to order our food with a person instead of computer. We got what we wanted but was not able to get a medium orange juice. Could not pay at the ordering place so still had to pay at the register. Place was moderate clean. Person delivering the food was good customer service. No wonder that the McDonalds we go to there not that many people that come anymore.
100 times better than the one off I80 in Kearney Nebraska. We bought sandwiches and ice tea. The food and tea met our expectations, the restaurant and restrooms were clean and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend this McDonald's.
