We got dinner tonight for a family of 6 we got 2 roast beef pound meals tonight and ended up with 2 singles, the new 1lb BBQ pulled pork it looked like a single, and 3 other meals that were fine, but paying 72 bucks and some change I would have liked to got what I ordered.

Horrible experience! The Management refuses to do their job and have no problem solving skills! I had a simple issue with my french dip and Swiss and they refused to remake it. Instead they insisted on refunding me. Absurd!

I had a bad experience, maybe new management compared to 2 years ago? The aju was cold, the fries were cold and soggy, and the lemonade was bitter. The staff was friendly and was accommodating when it came to packets and sauce.

I went through the drive through and asked for a 4 piece mozzarella stick and a #3 …was told I didn’t tell him I wanted a meal so I got a sandwich and mozzarella sticks with no curly fries or drink and no marinara !! The cashier argued with me that a number 3 is just a sandwich not a meal
