Men's room was out of service, rotisserie chicken products were unavailable, chilli was unable for the chili dogs (I wanted a chili dogs and settled for a cheese burger), while I didn't order a blizzard I should have because I would have earned a free one because every one that I saw served was served "upright"
Drive thru was quick but not that efficient. I ordered a chocolate shake and got a vanilla one. There were no napkins in my takeout bag even though I ordered messy chili cheese hot dogs. Lobby was closed on the middle of a Saturday afternoon to either dine-in or to be present to correct the errors.
How does a fast food chain restaurant whose primary item is "dairy",as in ice cream,be out of it completely and still be open?To add,there food isn't great at all.This was the case last night at this location. Only stopped here cause I live near by and I knew should've stopped at the one in S.C.where I just was. Sad location and looks run down.
